Each lesson is comprised of a set of 20 minutes for 4 days practice per week.

Lesson 1: Simple Notes are the fundamental sequences. They allow you to get a feel for the melody and the rhythm. The sequences follow a logical order.These nine lessons will provide you with the idea of Swara Sthanam (Note Position). Simple Notes should be singing it in three different Speeds

These are also known as Swarasthana. (Literally swara means note and sthana, position).
